Karachi April 28 2022: TRG Pakistan Limited reported profitability of Rs 2.2 billion in 3Q 2022 when compared with profit of Rs 2.8 billion during the same period last year as per company filling to the exchange.
The main reason for drop in profitability is loss of Rs 4.6 billion incurred from equity accounted investee against gain of Rs 3.2 billion in the same period last year. However, gain of Rs 7.2 billion arised from dilution of gain on equity accounted investee turned the bottom line to positive in 3Q 2022.
This reduce the nine month loss of the company to Rs 10.3 billion when compared with profitability of Rs 7.2 billion last year
