Karachi October 5 2023: Worldcall Services has completed all the requirements for listing a US Entity on NASDAQ, according to company filing to the exchange.
Worldcall Services (Pvt) Limited (WSL) has achieved a major milestone in NASDAQ listing through a US Entity. Regulator has completed review of Registration Statement and Financial Statements filed by the Company with no further requirements and Company has received formal intimation to this effect. Company expects the listing process to be completed shortly .
