Karachi September 12 2023: UBL announced to establish exchange company through wholly owned subsidiary, according to bank filing to the exchange.
"Establishment of an Exchange Company with PKR 1.0 Billion as initial Paid Up Capital, as wholly owned subsidiary of UBL subject to approval by State Bank of Pakistan and other regulatory compliances" states the filing.
The Board of Directors of UBL approved the decision in their meeting held on 11 September, 2023.
