TPL Properties Selling Its Development Assets To TPL REIT Management Company: PSX

Karachi September 13 2021: Board of Directors of TPL Properties have given in principle approval for selling its developmental assets either directly or through SPVs to the REIT Fund to be managed by TPL REIT Management Company Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) and act as a Strategic Investor in the Fund, as per information shared by the company at Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The transaction shall be subject to approval of the shareholders, all the regulatory consents.
