TOMCL Signed Million Dollar Contract With Saudi Multinational For Supply Of Frozen Meat: PSX

Karachi September 27 2021: The Organic Meat Company Limited has secured a high value contract for supply of frozen boneless degIanded meat with another multinational customer in Saudi Arabia.

The Organic Meat Company Limited, has been contracted to supply frozen boneless deglanded meat to Global Developing Food Industries Company, Saudi Arabia, which is another successful food processing company in the Middle East. The group is considered to be one of the growing food manufacturing and distributing companies in the region.

The contract further solidifies TOMCL position as a reputable and reliable meat processor in export sector.

The contract worth USD 1 million and is for a period of 10 months.

The Organic Meat Company gained 2.7 percent after the announcement at Pakistan Stock Exchange.

As a pioneer of frozen boneless meat exporter, TOMCL has been selling the international meat industry for nearly a decade. The company has an impressive history of delivering halal and variety of qualities of chilled and frozen meat and edible offal’s to various meat and offal importers all over Middle East and Far East. The company’s innovative history in the meat sector, its state of the art services played a major role in acquiring the contract for the biggest food processor of the middle east i.e. National Food Company (Americana) and Glo at Developing Food Industries Company.

About The Organic Meat Company Limited – (TOMCL)

The Company is a high- quality Halal meat processor and exporter. The Company was incorporated in 2010 and commenced operations in 2011 with two initial products, fresh chilled beef and mutton and frozen boneless meat. Currently, TOMCL has the Largest product range as well as market access from Pakistan’s meat export sector. Moreover, TOMCL’s slaughtering and meat processing facility is spread over 15 acre at Gadap, Karachi. The facilities are approved to supply products to Kuwait, man Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. (“KSA”), United Arab Emirates (“UAE”), Bahrain, Maldives, Hong Kong and Vietnam.

The Company is associated with various international organizations and has certifications reflecting compliance with international standards of hygiene, quality control and after sales. TOMCL stands out to be an exclusive livestock slaughtering and meat processing facility in the country matching and complying with international standards like HACCP ISO 9001:2008, PSQCA, Gulf Food Standards (UAE), Saudi Food and Drug Authority, JAKIM (Malaysian Standards).
