Karachi May 26 2023: The Board of Directors of M/s Tariq Glass Industries Limited in their meeting held today i.e., May 26, 2023 decided to increase the authorized share capital of the company by 200 percent, according to company filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
The Bod has decided to increase the authorized share capital of the Company from PKR 5,000,000,000/- (Rupees Five Billion only) divided into 500,000,000 ordinary shares of PKR 10 (Rupees Ten) each to PKR 15,000,000,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Billion only) divided into 1,500,000,000 ordinary shares of PKR 10 each and consequent alteration in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, subject to approval of members.
Tariq Glass Industries Limited was incorporated in Pakistan in 1978 and converted into a Public Limited Company in the year 1980. The Company is principally engaged in manufacturing and sale of glass containers, opal glass, tableware and foat glass.
