Karachi March 21 2023: Sindh Bank Limited restructured loan of Sakrand Sugar for a period of 10 years, according to company filing to the exchange.
Sakrand sugar inform that the company has successfully negotiated with Sindh Bank Limited to restructure the outstanding long term debt of PKR 727 million to be repaid over the period of next 10 years.
Sakrand Sugar Mills Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a Public Limited Company under the repealed companies Ordinance, 1984 [Repealed with the enactment of Companies Act, 2017], on March 02,1989. The principal business of the company is to manufacture and sell white sugar.
