Karachi May 4 2023: Shell Pakistan Limited reported loss of PKR 4.8 billion for the first quarter of 2023 due to PKR 11.1 billion cost incurred in Other expenses head mainly on account of exchange losses, according to company filing to the exchange.
Shell share price drop 4.97 percent or PKR 3.87 per share to trade at PKR 74.03 (PST 15:08) on Pakistan Stock Exchange.
However, Shell Pakistan gross profit increased to PKR 12.2 in first quarter 2023 when compared with PKR 9.4 billion in the same period last year.
