Islamabad February 4 2023: Section 144 has been imposed in Peshawar district due to security concerns.
The notification issued by Deputy Commissioner Peshawar Shafiullah Khan said that due to security concerns, gathering of five or more people in one place has been banned.
According to him, Section 144 has been imposed for ten days on critical security situation. Violators will be prosecuted under Section 188.
