Karachi March 19 2023: Pakistan Stock Exchange informed that three securities broker has failed to submit their half yearly Liquid Capital statement as at December 31, 2022.
These Securities Broker are MSMANIAR Financials (Private) Limited, Equity Master Securities (Private) Limited and Enrichers Securities (Private Limited).
Consequently, in compliance with the regulation, the trading facility of these Securities Broker has been restricted with immediate effect until further notice.
Initially the list contains four securities broker, however PSX has restored the trading facility of the fourth Securities broker (name not mentioned above) as it has submitted its Liquid Capital report as at December 31, 2023 wherein the reported amount of LC is above the minimum specified threshold.
