Karachi September 14 2023: The Searle Company Limited (SEARL) proudly announces that Ministry of Health and Prevention, United Arab Emirates has approved and registered the manufacturing site of the Company.
Share price of the company gain PKR 1.66 or 4.65 percent in today trading at Pakistan Stock Exchange.
Searle is expanding rapidly in several regions of the world including South Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa, Francophone Africa, GCC, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Canada, Europe and Latin America (EU&LATAM) etc.
The Searle Company Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company in October 1965. In November 1993, the Company was converted into a public limited company under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017). The Company is principally engaged in the manufacture of pharmaceutical and other consumer products. International Brands (Private) Limited is the Parent Company, which holds 56.32% shareholding in the Company.
