Karachi November 20 2023: Pakistan earned USD 238 million by providing different Information Technology (IT) services in various countries during the month of October 2023, according to data released by State Bank of Pakistan.
This shows incline of 7.6 percent as compared to USD 221 million earned through provision of Technology services during the same month of last year. Moreover, Technology exports increased by 15.5 percent when compared with exports of USD 206 million in September 2023.
Overall, during the period from July 2022 to October 2023 the Information Technology exports increased by 4.4 percent to USD 893 million when compared with exports of USD 855 million during the corresponding period last year.
