Karachi May 11 2023: SBP foreign exchange reserves for the week ending May 5, 2023, were down by USD 74 million to USD 4,383 million as per data released by the Central Bank.
At present, SBP reserves stand at the level of USD 4,383 million as of 5th May 2023 compared to USD 4,457 million at the end of the week ending 28th April 2023.
During the same period, foreign exchange reserves held by commercial banks increased by USD 21 million to the level of USD 5,607 million as of 5th May 2023.
Overall reserves held by the country witnessed a decrease of USD 53 million to USD 9,990 million during the week ending May 5, 2023.
