Karachi August 3 2023: State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) foreign exchange reserves for the week ending July 27th, 2023, were decreased by USD 32 million on debt repayments, as per data released by the Central Bank.
At present, SBP reserves stand at the level of USD 8,153.8 million as of 27th July 2023.
During the same period, foreign exchange reserves held by commercial banks were decreased by USD 38 million to USD 5,309 million as of 27th July 2023.
Overall reserves held by the country witnessed decrease of USD 70 million to USD 13,464 million during the week ending 27th July 2023.
