Karachi September 22 2021: Octopus Digital Limited general public portion subscription received applications for a total of 30,032,500 ordinary shares against the issue size of 6,837,500 ordinary shares were received, as per information published by Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
The general public portion has been oversubscribed by 23,195,000 shares amounting to PKR 941,717,000 (i.e. 4.39x oversubscription). Subject to the scrutiny, applications for up to 500 ordinary shares will be allotted all the shares that they have applied for, and applications for up to 1000 ordinary shares will be allotted based on balloting, which will be communicated at a later date.
