Islamabad May 7 2022: After incorporating the adjustments, the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has decided to allow an amount of PKR 1.386 for the month of February 2022, to be passed on to the consumers in their monthly bills of May 2022.
These charges shall be applicable to all the consumer categories except lifeline consumers and shown separately in the consumers’ bills on the basis of units billed to the consumers in the respective month to which the adjustment pertains.
K-Electric shall reflect the fuel charges adjustment in respect of February 2022, in the billing month of May 2022. While effecting the Fuel Adjustment Charges, K-Electric shall keep in view and strictly comply with the orders of the courts notwithstanding this order.
