Karachi December 21 2021: This is further to PSX Notice No. PSX/N-1465 dated November 15, 2019 whereby placement of M/s. Johnson & Phillips (Pakistan) Limited (“JOPP”) in the Defaulters’ Segment on account of non-compliance of PSX Regulation related to disclaimer of opinion of the statutory auditor in the audit report for the year ended June 30, 2019 was notified for information of all concerned.
In this context, it is hereby informed that JOPP has rectified the non-compliance of statutory auditor in the audit report. However, as a consequence of non-compliance of PSX Regulation related to suspended commercial production/ business operations in its principle line of business for a continuous period of one year.
JOPP shall remain quoted in the Defaulters’ Segment till complete rectification of the said non-compliance and
subsequent action shall be attracted as per the requirements of the said Regulatio
