Karachi, August 31, 2021: Image is planning to expand operations in United States and Europe through two different wholly owned subsidiaries, as per information shared at Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
Image is considering the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary under the name & style of Image (USA) Inc., in the United States of America and Image (Europe) Ltd., in the United Kingdom for scaling business on Amazon by operating on Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) model which is the most effective way of E-commerce at Amazon, USA and Amazon UK & in Europe subject to regulatory compliances and approval by the competent authorities.
For this purpose Board of Directors of the company are going to hold a meeting on September 7, 2021 at 10:30 am at Karachi.
