Karachi February 17 2022: Aamir Irshad, Head of Corporate & Investment Banking Habib Bank Limited (HBL) and Ali Jameel, head of TPL Group sign the term sheet for equity investment of PKR 2.25 Billion in TPL REIT Fund 1.
Initial fund size is PKR 18.75 billion which may go up to PKR 80 billion after foreign rounds.
