Lahore April 7 2022: Fatima Fertilizer Limited (FATIMA) Board of Directors (BoD) decided to increase their shareholding in their cement venture to 100 percent as per company filling to the exchange.
Subject to consents and approvals, as may be required under the applicable laws, the Board has accorded recommendation for investment in Fatima Cement Limited (FCL), an associated company, by way of acquisition of 30,003,000 ordinary shares of PKR 10 each of FCL from all the existing shareholders of FCL at par value, to make FCL a 100 percent owned subsidiary of Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited
