Islamabad June 01 2021: Country reported 1,771 news cases on May 31, 2021 compared to average of above 3,000 during last 30 days with that active cases declined to 57,336 which is the lowest level since April 01, 2021.
Pakistan’s coronavirus positivity rate was witnessed at 3.72%, which is an 84 days’ low since March 8, 2021.
Sindh and Baluchistan were the most affected provides, as positivity rate witnessed at 6.8% and 5.0%, respectively.
In Punjab and Islamabad, positivity rate witnessed at 1.94% and 1.93%, respectively.
Total 71 new deaths reported, highest reported in Punjab 40, followed by 19 in Sindh and 6 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
