Jul 08, 2021: Country reported 1,683 news cases on Jul 07, 2021 compared to average of 1,087 cases during last 30 days with that active cases increased to 34,531.
Pakistan’s coronavirus positivity rate remained 3.4 percent compared to 30 days’ average of 2.5 percent.
Sindh and Baluchistan were the most affected, as positivity rate witnessed at 6.0 percent and 8.0 percent, respectively.
In Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Islamabad, positivity rate witnessed at 1.0 percent, 1.3 percent and 3.6 percent, respectively.
Total 24 new deaths reported, highest reported in Punjab 16, followed by 7 in Sindh and 1 in AKJ.
