Jun 07, 2021: Country reported 1,480 news cases on Jun 06, 2021 compared to average of 2,646 during last 30 days with that active cases declined to 47,376 which is the lowest level since March 28, 2021.
COVID-19 Active cases falls below 50,000
Pakistan’s coronavirus positivity rate declined to 3.0% compared to 30 days’ average of 5.9%. The positivity rate is lowest since Feb 14, 2021.
Sindh and Baluchistan were the most affected, as positivity rate witnessed at 5.3% and 6.8%, respectively.
In Punjab and Islambad, positivity rate witnessed at 1.4% and 2.0%, respectively.
Total 58 new deaths reported, highest reported in Punjab 24, followed by 20 in Sindh and 14 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
