COVID-19 Active cases declined to 51,478

Positivity rate at 87 days’ low of 3.6%

Country reported 1,893 news cases on Jun 03, 2021 compared to average of 2,898 during last 30 days with that active cases declined to 51,478 which is the lowest level since March 30, 2021.
Pakistan’s coronavirus positivity rate was witnessed at 3.6% compared to 30 days’ average of 6.4%, which is an 87 days’ low.
Sindh and AJK were the most affected, as positivity rate witnessed at 6.0% and 7.0%, respectively.
In Punjab and Islambad, positivity rate witnessed at 1.8% and 2.2%, respectively.
Total 83 new deaths reported, highest reported in Punjab 52, followed by 16 in Sindh and 12 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
