Such information must be disseminated through Pakistan Unified Corporate Action Reporting System (PUCARS) immediately upon receipt of the stay order from the court on the format notified by Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). Furthermore, listed companies must immediately inform any change in the status of aforesaid stay order through PUCARS for the information of public.
