Islamabad June 7 2023: Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi has said in her response to NAB’s summons notice that ‘I am a veiled woman and want to come to Islamabad with my husband, so my appearance should be shifted to June 8. ‘
Bushra Bibi has said that on the date of my NAB summons, you have also summoned my husband. My husband has informed you in writing that he will appear before Islamabad courts and NAB on June 8.
He said that according to the order of the Supreme Court, you should provide concrete material for the investigation involved. I do not have information about the agreement between the National Crime Agency and Bahria Town.
Bushra Bibi has said in her reply that ‘458 kanals of land, 285 million rupees, building and other donations were given by Bahria Town to Al-Qadir Trust under the agreement. Al-Qadir University is a trust which has not benefited any person or its trustees’.
The requested documents are with the Chief Financial Officer of Al-Qadir Trust. The secretary looks after all matters of Al-Qadir Trust.
Bushra Bibi has said that no land, gift or valuable was given to any trustee including her from Malik Riaz, his family or Bahria Town.
