Karachi March 10, 2022; The Board of Directors (BoD) of Arif Habib Limited (“AHL”) has resolved to disinvest/sell AHL’s 100% shareholding of Arif Habib 1857 (Private) Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of AHL) for total consideration of PKR 50 million i.e. PKR 10 per share, subject to obtaining necessary corporate and regulatory approvals.
As of 31st December 2021, AHL was carrying the subject investment at PKR 43.56 million and the net assets of Arif Habib 1857 (Private) Limited were PKR 48.63 million.
