Islamabad June 15 2023: Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), has successfully completed the installation of early production facility to fast track monetization of hydrocarbons from the Wali (Bettani) Oil & Gas Field situated in District Lakki Marwat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.
Wali (Bettani) Gas Field is now operationally ready with following anticipated daily with production rates of Gas Production at 10 MMSCF/Day and Oil Production at 1000 BBLS/Day.
Within the next 24 hours, OGDCL will initiate production from the Wali (Bettani) Gas Field, seamlessly integrating it into the national grid. This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication and hard work of our exceptional multidiscipline teams.
Going forward OGDCL will drill two additional wells i.e. Wali Deep number 1 and Wali number 02 and upon completion, the gas production would enhance to 50 MMSCF/Day.
