Karachi April 14 2022: Board of Directors of G3 Technologies Limited (the Company) in their meeting held on today, Thursday, April 14, 2022, has decided to merge the Company (G3 Technologies Limited/GTECH) with/into Ghani Chemical Industries Limited, according to company filling to the exchange.
Ghani Chemical Industries Limited is an associated company/largest manufacturer of Industrial & Medical gases in Pakistan.
The Board has also decided to appoint merger consultant and to file a petition at the Honorable Lahore High Court, Lahore for sanctioning the Scheme of Merger after completion of all related formalities.
Further Board of Directors has decided to hold Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of the company on May 07, 2022 for approval of disinvestment of 22,000,000 ordinary shares of Ghani Chemical Industries Limited (GCIL).
