Karachi May 29 2023: Worldcall Services (Pvt) Limited (WSL), the parent company of Worldcall Telecom Limited, said that its market listing is on NASDAQ through a US entity is progressing well and expected to complete by July 2023, according to company filing to the exchange.
Share price of the company gain 20 paisa or 18.2 percent after the announcement.

To finance next phase of the program; as informed by our Parent Company, Worldcall Services (Pvt.) Limited (WSL), is concluding arrangements that would open access to quality capital markets outside Pakistan for the Company. WSL has selected National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations Stock Market (NASDAQ) for its listing.
Worldcall Telecom Limited is a public limited Company incorporated in Pakistan on March 15, 2001. The Company commenced its operations on December 01, 2004 and is engaged in providing Wireless Local Loop (“WLL”) and Long Distance & International (“LDI”) services in Pakistan; re-broadcasting international/national satellite/terrestrial wireless and cable television and radio signals; interactive communication and to establish, maintain and operate the licensed telephony services. The Company has been licensed by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (“PTA”) and Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (“PEMRA”) for these purposes.
