Karachi March 11 2022: Greentree Holdings Limited a subsidiary of TRG International have acquired on March 08, 2022, 2,940,647 voting shares of TRG Pakistan Limited at the rate of Rs. 74.80 per share.
On account of this acquisition our total shareholding in the company is 56,018,024 shares which represents 10.27% of the total issued voting shares of the company, as our previous holding in the company was 53,077,377 shares.
