Karachi March 14 2022: Greentree Holdings Limited a subsidiary of TRG International have acquired on March 09, 2022, 1,805,000 at price of PKR 76.81 per share and on March 10, 2022 830,000 at price of PKR 79.21 per share voting shares of TRG Pakistan.
On account of this acquisition Greentree Holding total shareholding in the company is 58,653,024 shares which represents 10.75% of the total issued voting shares of the company, as our previous holding in the company was 56,018,024 shares.
