Karachi December 27 2022: Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited notify the listing of Globe Residency REIT (GRR or the REIT Scheme) with effect from tomorrow i.e. Wednesday, December 28, 2022.
Trading in the units of the REIT Scheme will commence on the Exchange’s Main Board from Wednesday, December 28, 2022 and shall be settled on T+2 basis. The first settlement date will be Friday, December 30, 2022.
The Market Lot of the REIT Scheme will be 500 units of PKR 10/- each.
The units of the REIT Scheme have already been declared an eligible security by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) and all the transactions shall be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL). NCCPL has assigned “GRR” to the REIT Scheme as their Security Symbol.
The REIT Scheme will be quoted in the “Real Estate Investment Trust” Sector in the Daily Quotation of the Exchange.
4) The Opening Price of the units of the REIT Scheme will be PKR 10/- per unit.
