Karachi March 13 2022: This is in continuation to PSX earlier notice dated March 02, 2022 whereby, restriction on trading facility of Royal Securities (Pvt.) Limited (“RSPL”) was imposed consequent to the restriction imposed by Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited..
All market participants are hereby informed that PSX also served a notice of seven (07) days to RSPL to submit the annual financial statements as of June 30, 2021 and half-yearly financial statements as of December 31, 2021. It may be noted that RSPL has failed to submit the aforementioned financial statements within the stipulated notice period of seven (07) days.
Consequent to the above and in compliance with the PSX Regulation, the trading facility of RSPL shall remain restricted until further notice.
