Karachi November 2 2022: TPL Trakker Limited has been awarded the Shariah Compliance Certificate and has been declared a Shariah Compliant Security by Al-Hilal Shariah Advisors (Private) Limited.
The said Certificate has been issued after a thorough analysis of the financial statements of the Company on the basis
of various Shariah screening criteria including the criteria of the Pakistan Stock Exchange and the criteria issued by the Shariah Supervisory Council.

TPL Vehicle Tracking (Private) Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on December 27, 2016 as a private limited company under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017).The principal activities of the company includes installation and sale of tracking devices, vehicle tracking, fleet management.
