Karachi March 18 2022: Indus Motors foresee massive challenges for the company due to disruption in global supply chain and escalation of commodity prices, according to Indus Motors Chief Executive Officer Ali Asghar Jamali.
He added that higher freight charges and PKR devaluation are now hitting the company’s operations. To pass on these cost pressure company is going to increase car prices by 12-13 percent by June 2022.
The impact of which will be in the range of PKR 340,000 to PKR 413,000 for different variants of Yaris and in the range of PKR 440,000 to PKR 506,000 on different variants of Corolla.
Toyota fortuner prices will increase in the range of PKR 1,115,000 to PKR 1,410,630 across its different variants while prices of Toyota hilax will increase in the range of PKR 832,000 to PKR 1,102,000 for its different variants.
