Karachi May 17 2023: The Organic Meat Company Limited has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with the shareholders of Mohammad Saeed Mohammad Hussain Limited for the acquisition by the Company of 100% shareholding of MSMH for a consideration of PKR 170,000,000 {Pak Rupees One Hundred and Seventy million only}.
Mohammad Saeed Mohammad Hussain Limited is an existing offals processing company in the Karachi Export Processing Zone.
The proposed transact ion will ensure the successful completion of all the Company’s IPO commitments.
