Islamabad August 23 2023: The Supreme Court has declared that despite any errors made, it will not intervene in today’s trial court decision while deliberating on the Imran Khan Tosha Khana case.
Mistakes were identified in the trial court’s verdict. If no developments arise in the High Court tomorrow, the Supreme Court will issue a decision at one o’clock on the same day.
Today, the Supreme Court is conducting a session to address the appeal filed against rulings from the District Election Commission Islamabad and the Islamabad High Court in relation to Imran Khan’s Tosha Khana case.
The Chief Justice advised Imran Khan’s legal representative to present arguments in accordance with the law instead of being swayed by emotions, highlighting that a well-considered decision from the High Court would be more favorable.
Pakistan’s Chief Justice acknowledged errors in the trial court’s judgment.
The hearing for this case has been postponed until the following day.
