Islamabad June 5 2022: PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that it has been decided in the meeting of the core committee that the members of PTI will not appear before the Speaker regarding the resignations of the National Assembly.
He said that the then Speaker Qasim Suri had accepted the resignations of the PTI members and therefore no member would appear before the present Speaker.
He said in response to Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah’s statement regarding Imran Khan’s arrest that there could be no greater folly than this.
He said that if anyone thinks that the people of PTI will tolerate it, it will not happen.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi asked the PTI workers to line up now for what to do in case of Imran Khan’s arrest.
`If you get information through media or social media that the government intends to do so, you have to respond immediately. Peaceful political reaction is your legal right. “
