Karachi December 3 2021: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, allowed to change the name of Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited to Cnergyico Pk Limited.
Consequently, all assets, licenses, rights and obligations, of every description and kind having title or reference thereof to Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited, shall be deemed having title or reference to Cnergyico Pk Limited.
This change is subject to the condition that for period of 90 days from the date of issue of this certificate, the company shall continue to mention its former name along with its new name on the outside of every office or place in which its business is carried on and in every document or notice.
