Karachi November 11 2024: Pakistan Stock Exchange restrict three Securities Brokers from trading as these brokers have failed to submit their annual audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024, despite lapse of seven (07) days’ notice period.
These include Fairway Securities (Pvt.) Limited, MSD Capital Equities (Pvt.) Limited and Margalla Financial (Pvt.) Limited.
The law states “In case of non-compliance with regulation 4.26 of the Regulations, the CRO shall issue a notice of seven (7) days to the Securities Broker for ensuring compliance. Upon failure to comply, the CRO shall immediately restrict the trading facility of such Securities Broker……”
Consequently, in compliance with aforementioned regulation, trading facility of the aforementioned brokers has been restricted with immediate effect until further notice.
