Karachi March 21 2022: The auditor of Strongman Securities (Pvt.) Limited (“SSPL”) has expressed an opinion in its reviewed Liquid Capital Statement (LC) as of December 31, 2021, which renders the amount of LC of SSPL to fall below the minimum specified threshold.
Consequently, in compliance with clause 6(6) of the Securities Brokers (Licensing and Operations) Regulations, 2016, PSX has restricted the trading facility of SSPL with immediate effect until further notice. The said THE Certificate Holder shall only be allowed to close out its open positions in a controlled environment upon written request.
