Karachi March 12 2023: Pakistan Stock Exchange informed that Xpert securities broker has failed to submit its half yearly financial statements as at December 31, 2022, despite lapse of seven notice period issued to it.
Consequently, in compliance with the regulation, the trading facility of Xpert Securities has been restricted with immediate effect until further notice. Xpert Securities shall only be allowed to close out its open position in a controlled environment.
