Karachi August 9 2023: Pakistan Stock Exchange issues notices to six listed companies for unusual movement in their share prices.
The exchange issued notices to MEEZAN BANK LIMITED (MEBL), NATIONAL REFINERY LIMITED (NRL), AGRITECH LIMITED (AGL), HONDA ATLAS CARS (PAKISTAN) LIMITED (HCAR), ESCORTS INVESTMENT BANK LIMITED (ESBL) and LALPIR POWER LIMITED (LPL) for abnormal increase in prices.
Under regulation companies are required to provide details of any matter or development of which it is aware that it is or may relevant to the unusual movements or the statement of the fact that it is not aware of any such matter or development.
