Karachi April 16 2022: In accordance with the NCCPL Regulations, Gul Ahmad Textile Mills Limited (GATM), Pakistan International Bulk Terminal (PIBTL) and Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTC) to be Excluded from Category – A from Margin Trading System & MT (R) Transaction Margins, and included in Category B with effective from June 15, 2022.
NCCPL explains reason of average turnover less than or equal to 0.25 percent of Top 200 securities for exclusion of GATM from Category A. Both PIBTL and PTC are excluded on the basis of Impact cost is greater than or equal to 1.
