Lahore July 4 2022: Pakistan textile exports increase 4.0 percent during the month of June 2022 to $1.73 billion, according to data shared by All Pakistan Textile Mills Association.
However, textile exports are up 5.48% when compared to exports of $1.64 billion during the previous month of this year.
The exports of textile commodities increased by 26 percent during the fiscal year (2021-22), which runs from July to June, as compared to the corresponding period of last year.
The textile exports were recorded at $19.35 billion in fiscal year 2021-22 against the exports of $15.41 billion in fiscal year 2020-21, according to latest APTMA data. The previous high number of textile exports was $15.41 billion which was recorded previous year.
