Karachi March 18 2025: Pakistan earned USD 305 million by providing different Information Technology (IT) services in various countries during the month of February 2025, according to data released by State Bank of Pakistan.
This shows an increase of 18.7 percent as compared to USD 257 million earned through provision of Technology services during the same month of last year. However, Technology exports decreased by 2.6 percent when compared with exports of USD 313 million in January 2025.
Overall, during the period from July 2024 to February 2025 the Information Technology exports increased by 25.5 percent to USD 2,482 million when compared with exports of USD 1,978 million during the corresponding period last year.
