Islamabad May 20 2024: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah discussed preparations for the upcoming visit of Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed Bin Salman Al Saud to Pakistan on Sunday.
Dar emphasized that the people of Pakistan are eagerly anticipating the Crown Prince’s visit at a mutually agreed date.
In their phone conversation, the two leaders reviewed the strong bilateral relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and explored various ways to enhance cooperation across multiple sectors. This discussion highlighted the deep and lasting partnership between the two nations.
They also addressed the serious situation in Gaza and other pressing regional and global issues of mutual concern, reaffirming their commitment to promoting peace and stability in the region through collaborative efforts and dialogue.
