Lahore August 22 2022: The movement of trains between the two most populated provinces of Pakistan were suspended as railway track was affected due to heavy rains in Sindh and Punjab, according to railway officials.
According to railway officials, Karakoram Express has been stopped at Sadiqabad and Rehman Baba Express at Rahim Yar Khan, while Awam Express has been stopped at Khanpur and Green Line at Liaquatpur.
On the other hand, train operations have been suspended in Sukkur due to rains and trains have been stopped at various stations.
DS Railway says that water has accumulated on the track between Gambat and Tando Masti.
