Lahore August 16 2024: Punjab, the largest province of Pakistan, announces relief of PKR 14 per unit on electricity bills, according to PML-N Premier Nawaz Sharif.
The relief will be provided to consumption of 500 units and will be applicable in bills for the month of July and August.
This package will cost PKR 45 billion to the government of the Punjab and is given through subsidy.
